Appointments
Office hours are by appointment. Please arrive 10 minutes before a scheduled appointment to give you the time to customize your session.
You can call us at (609) 208-0880 or email us at natrlalt@aol.com to speak to us about scheduling. Our receptionist is available during shop hours on Saturday from 11am-4pm and Sunday from 12pm-4pm. If calling during the week, please leave a message on our machine and your call will be promptly returned.
All appointments are reserved for you. There is a $35 charge for all appointments that are not canceled 24-48 hours prior to when they are scheduled as well as FULL payment for any missed appointments. Your consideration in canceling may give the opportunity to schedule an emergency appointment to someone else in need of treatment. |

Payment for Sessions
Natural Alternatives accepts CASH, VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS only as methods of payment for sessions. Payment is due at the time of treatment. If you would like a receipt for your session, please say so at the time of payment and we can print one for you. |

Insurance Coverage
Some insurance companies will reimburse patients for Massage Therapy Treatments - partially or fully - if you have a referral from your Chiropractor or Primary Care Physician. If you wish to have a receipt to submit to your insurance company, please inform our office at the time of your visit and we will be more than happy to assist you. |

NJ State Sales Tax
Effective October 1, 2006, there will be a 7% "luxury sales tax" added to the cost of your Massage, Bodywork, and Somatic Therapy Sessions. To avoid the state sales tax, please ask your Primary Care Physician or Chiropractic Physician for a referral/prescription for your massage therapy stating that you are receiving Massage for Medical reasons. This will allow a sales tax exemption if this is on file with your chart. |

Deal Makers
Half Day Package: Schedule 2 or 3 Treatments and save 10%
Full Day Package: Schedule 4 or more Treatments and save 20%
Spa Parties: You can have a Spa Party at our office or in the privacy of your own home. Pamper your friends with a luxurious Spa Party. Y ou can arrange to have Massages (one hour increments), Facials (Escale Beaute), Reflexology Sessions (30 or 60 minutes), as well as Mini Sessions on how to care for your skin on a day to day basis (prices dependent on types of treatments you wish to include as well as the number of attendees). |
